The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated sales person to join our team as a mortgage broker. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in a client-facing finance role and a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred). They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying leads and converting opportunities into successful business outcomes
  • Understanding client goals and building relationships to deliver tailored finance solutions
  • Conducting client-facing interviews and communicating recommendations
  • Researching lender policy and staying up-to-date with industry developments
