Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Broker, located in Toowong, QLD. We are seeking a Mortgage Broker either new to the industry or experienced. We pride ourselves on the culture we have created here at Credit Connection and looking for the perfect fit to grow our business even further.
You will be responsible for assessing clients' financial situations, providing advice on debt consolidation, and finding the best mortgage solutions and working with our exclusive PWF clients for Investment purchases. Daily tasks include managing the mortgage application process, liaising with lenders, and developing marketing strategies to attract new clients, whilst ensuring compliant with all relevant regulations and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Mortgage Brokerage or Finance industry
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and/or brokerage operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage brokering and finance
