Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Remote Services team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch remote desktop support to end users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide remote desktop support to end users using remote access tools.
- Deliver high-quality IT support to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
- Prioritize and manage new support tickets and existing work orders efficiently.
- Accurately document service details, time logs, and job notes in the ticketing system.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and task-specific timeframes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Level 1/2 IT support experience, ideally within an MSP or enterprise setting.
- Technical proficiency with mac OS, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Office 365), and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Strong diagnostic skills for application installations and network technologies (VPN, WAN, LAN).
- Experience with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., Service Now, HP Service Manager) and principles, especially Incident and Service Request Management.
- Exposure to analytics tools such as Nex Think and 1 E Tachyon.
- Excellent communication, documentation accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong time management, multitasking ability, and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
