Senior Network Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Supervisor to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and sustainability of our network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating field employees to work safely and efficiently according to approved standards. You will oversee on-site activities, including safety protocols, permits, and coordination with other teams. Additionally, you will coordinate emergency restoration work, address customer complaints, mentor less experienced employees, and provide technical advice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise or coordinate the work of field employees or contractors to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Oversee on-site activities including safety protocols, permits, and coordination with other teams.
  • Coordinate emergency restoration work and address customer complaints as required.
  • Mentor less experienced employees and provide technical advice.
  • Collaborate with planners and schedulers to allocate resources effectively.
  • Prepare job sites for upcoming work and ensure compliance with approved standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional leadership and communication skills. You must have experience in supervising and coordinating field employees, as well as providing technical advice and guidance. You will also need to be proficient in managing on-site activities, including safety protocols and permits.
