Electrical Engineer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join our high voltage field service team.

  1. This role is based in Newcastle NSW, Brisbane QLD, Mackay QLD, Gladstone QLD and Townsville QLD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HV & LV electrical switchgear and systems, as well as experience with High Voltage cable terminating, jointing, repairs & testing.

A commitment to safety, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform HV statutory testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical installations.
  2. Work closely with colleagues to achieve project goals.
  3. Contribute to a positive and professional team culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • HV Switching certificate desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with protection equipment associated with HV systems desirable.
  • Prior experience in the electrical trades/technical roles.
