Job Summary

This Research Scientist role is a key member of an international research team collaborating with the UNSW to support the Data Core for the CARE Program.


The Role

You will contribute to developing data assets, data sharing systems, and protocols. You will prepare applications for data access and ethical approvals, conduct research on risk factors for Alzheimers disease in women, and create scholarly output on this topic.

You will be responsible for disseminating research outcomes through appropriate channels and outlets, undertaking advanced statistical modelling of cohort studies to identify risk factors and produce estimates, participating in conferences and workshops relevant to the project, and assisting with the supervision of research students.

In addition, you will contribute to systematic reviews relevant to achieving research milestones, adhere to the Code of Conduct and Values, cooperate with health and safety policies, and take care to ensure your actions do not impact the health and safety of yourself or others.
