Research Scientist

We are seeking a talented Research Scientist to join our AI research lab. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who share our passion for developing intelligent systems and pushing the boundaries of artificial general intelligence (AGI).

This role involves taking ownership of a research track, designing and running end-to-end experiments, building and refining evaluation suites, and developing new training strategies for agentic systems.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate results
  • Develop and refine evaluation suites for reasoning-focused tasks
  • Collaborate with systems engineers to integrate and scale research outputs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong applied ML research experience, particularly in reasoning, compact models, or agent systems
  • Deep understanding of mathematics, experimental design, and statistical analysis
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver research projects independently
