Senior Research Scientist Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Scientist Lead to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered features. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, leadership, and collaboration, with expertise in GANs, Diffusion Models, VAEs, and Autoregressive Models.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a high-performing team of research scientists, setting research strategy in alignment with our AI and product goals, and guiding technical direction across foundational model development, experimentation, and evaluation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally to ensure research translates into product impact, represent our company in the global AI community through publications, talks, or open-source contributions, and stay current with research trends and energize continuous learning.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to translate cutting-edge research into practical, scalable solutions.
