**Job Title:** Clinical Site Director
Location: Germany
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Site Director to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, initiation, and management of all monitoring and monitoring-related activities at our clinical sites.
You will work closely with investigators, site staff, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality investigative sites that support our client's clinical development programs. Your strong clinical operational and therapeutic expertise will be essential in supporting the execution of our clinical studies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for the planning, initiation, coordination, and management of all monitoring and monitoring-related activities at our clinical sites.
- Supervise site-related activities to ensure compliance with client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with clinical sites to develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with investigators/staff.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as third-party vendors.
- Provide operational support to the CPM/Sr CPM to deliver the study within planned timelines and according to required standards of quality and compliance.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science or healthcare-related field.
- A minimum of 4+ years of monitoring experience in Germany.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to operate effectively within an international and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to supervise monitoring and related activities in a clinical trial.
