We are seeking a Care Relationship Specialist to enhance the lives of our clients and their families. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact, providing information about services, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy, consistency, and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their families, delivering exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to address client needs, resolve issues effectively, and escalate matters as necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to assess their needs, ensure their care plans are being met, and provide updates and feedback.
  • Documentation: Accurately record client interactions, updates, and feedback to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with care staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and a holistic approach to client care.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote our services and increase awareness of in-home care options.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
