About this role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to work as an Employment Consultant in our Inclusive Employment program. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a key role in helping individuals with disabilities achieve their employment goals.

Your responsibilities will include tailoring services and support to meet the unique needs of each participant, developing positive partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities, enhancing employability through referrals to support services and training, providing in-employment support to sustain employment, and marketing participants' skills to prospective employers.
