Our organization is seeking a professional to fill the position of Health and Safety Business Partner in our North region. This role involves providing health and safety business partnering advice, working closely with various stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, consultation, and collaboration attributes. Strong leadership, change management, mentoring, and training capabilities are also required. Initiative, self-direction, business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining robust processes for monitoring health and safety performance
  • Developing and implementing contemporary HSE management strategies, objectives, and targets
  • Assuming a lead role in educating, training, and coaching local and regional teams on health and safety risks and management strategies
  • Overseeing the Injury Management function for local and regional business units, including the development of return-to-work plans

This is a full-time opportunity based in our North Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of safe work practices and ensuring that all relevant health and safety regulations are adhered to.
