About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Placement Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting people and businesses, ensuring both thrive through sustainable employment and education opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare clients within the Workforce Australia program for employment success
  • Secure placements into stable and fulfilling careers
  • Develop strong relationships with employers to meet local labour market needs
  • Coach and motivate clients to achieve their employment goals

You Will Need:

  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills
  • Able to motivate and encourage clients to reach their full potential
  • Proven track record of working with targets and key performance indicators
  • Able to effectively manage a caseload and prioritize tasks
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • CURRENT Police clearance or ability to obtain
  • CURRENT Driver's Licence
