Workforce Management Expert

You will be responsible for supporting business units with workforce management across the entire employee lifecycle. This includes ensuring compliance with organisational policies and relevant standards.

Working closely with our administration team, you will manage employee information efficiently, including compliance requirements and credentials. You must be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders regarding employee management or performance
  • Monitor workforce utilisation and support stakeholders with optimisation
  • Oversee ongoing auditing and health checks for HR processes and systems
  • Collaborate with the P&C team to deliver an engaging employee experience

This is a permanent full-time position located at our central office.

Requirements:
  • Relevant human resources qualifications are highly desirable
  • Problem-solving skills with satisfaction of all parties involved
  • Confidence to show initiative, make decisions and lead new processes
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience with SAP (Success Factors) is desirable but not essential
