Talented Therapist Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our therapy team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and guiding colleagues, ensuring they feel confident and capable in their roles. This includes providing support and guidance to those completing their EFS program and early-career therapists.
In addition to mentoring, the Clinical Supervisor will champion evidence-based practices and new initiatives developed by the leadership team. They will also facilitate learning and development activities that upskill the team and build capability.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting your team: Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, including those completing their EFS program and early-career therapists.
- Driving clinical excellence: Champion evidence-based practices and new initiatives developed by the leadership team.
- Fostering professional growth: Facilitate learning and development activities that upskill the team and build capability.
- Achieving impactful results: Collaborate with the team to meet clinical targets and implement solutions for participant and team success.
- Being a role model: Promote the organisation's values and Clinical Model to inspire your colleagues.
- Endorsement as either a Proficient, Advanced or Specialist Practitioner.
- NDIS Behaviour Support Registration Suitability Letter with extensive experience in community-based and/or disability settings.
- Ability to complete reports within timeframes to submit to the NDIS commission.
- Positive, can-do attitude and thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Commitment to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
- Understanding of contemporary therapy practices and passion for achieving participant outcomes.
- Ability to influence and inspire, fostering confidence and capability in others.
