  **Behaviour Support Practitioner Role Summary:**

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to individuals with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities. Working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing functional behavioural assessments and behaviour analysis support plans.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised support plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide direct behavioural interventions in group and individual settings, utilising evidence-based theories and practices.
  • Liaise and consult with clients, carers, hospital staff, community services, and government departments as required.
