Expert Technical Specialist

This is an expert technical specialist role with a focus on infrastructure and operations management.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead technical project delivery, configuring applications and workflows, and mentoring colleagues and customers. The successful candidate will possess strong technical understanding of infrastructure and operations management, excellent communication skills, customer-centric interpersonal skills, experience with monitoring tools, scripting knowledge, and cloud management expertise.
