Job Opportunity

The Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver seamless support experiences for customers. As a key member of the CSS team, you will own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating with internal teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.

Duties:

  • Response and Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer technical problems.
  • Readiness: Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge.
  • Product/Process Improvement: Identify potential product defects and escalate them appropriately to resolve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technical support experience.
  • OR 5+ years of technical support experience.
