The Central Operations team is the backbone of our business, ensuring seamless store operations across Australia. As a Store Operations Director, you will lead a team of Regional Managers, driving excellence in every store and making a significant impact on our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of Regional Managers to drive operational excellence across stores
- Travel extensively across Victoria, visiting stores and identifying areas for improvement
- Implement innovative solutions to achieve business goals and drive change within the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth store operations
- Develop and implement creative solutions to improve processes and solve complex problems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, leading large teams to success
- Strong leadership skills, able to hold people accountable and drive results
- Experience with managing and driving change within an organization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving skills, able to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions
