  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Compliance Officer to oversee our compliance framework, ensuring regulatory adherence and integrity.\
  • This is a critical role that requires expertise in financial services compliance, with a focus on anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and other financial crime regulations.\
  • As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, monitoring transactions for financial crime risks, and ensuring our exchange operates with transparency and accountability.\
  • You will also lead the compliance team, providing guidance to executive leadership on compliance matters and collaborating with legal, product, and technology teams to ensure compliance is embedded in business operations.\
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Australian financial regulations, including AUSTRALIAN TRANSACTIONS REPORTS AND ANALYSIS CENTRE (AUSTRAC) and ASIC, as well as global regulatory trends in digital assets.\
  • Proven track record in AML/CTF compliance, risk management, and regulatory engagement is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and leadership abilities.\
  • Experience with blockchain analytics tools and compliance software is a plus, but not required.\
