**Job Description:**

The Senior Compliance Officer supports contract compliance and improvement across the Adult and Mental Health portfolio. This role works closely with Senior Managers and Service Managers to ensure that services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinate reporting processes and manage compliance systems.
  • Mitigate risks and contribute to continuous service improvement.
**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in health administration, human services, business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract compliance, funding management, or quality assurance, preferably within the health or community sectors.
  • Experience working with data and reporting tools to monitor performance and compliance.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
