About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales uptake of products and services through personalized selling skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Inspire customers to take advantage of our rewards program.
  • Promote in-store services through social media.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar Stylist or Personal Shopper role.
  • Ability to manage and develop an active client base.
  • Exceptional service, selling, and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of personal style combined with sales and customer service experience.
  • Ability to interpret trends and adapt to customer needs.
  • Knowledge of international and Australian fashion and design trends.
