About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Personal Shopper to join our team of experts at David Jones. As a Menswear Stylist, you'll be empowered to conceive and curate a highly personalised selection of the best products and services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales uptake of products and services through enhanced personalised selling skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Inspire customers to take advantage of the David Jones Rewards Program.
  • Promote in-store services via social media.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar Menswear Stylist or Personal Shopper role.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop an active client base.
  • Exceptional service, selling, and communication skills.
  • A strong sense of personal style combined with a proven background in sales and customer service.
  • Ability to interpret trends and provide expert advice to customers.
