Relationship Banking Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned commercial or agribusiness banking professional to fill our Relationship Executive position. As the primary client expert, you will manage an existing customer portfolio and support an Analyst in expanding our commercial and agribusiness portfolios.
This role involves providing insights, guidance, and solutions to foster growth and resilience in our customers' businesses.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive business success.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in agribusiness and/or commercial banking
- A strong understanding of the industry's financial needs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence
- Strong relationship management skills
- Familiarity with referral networks and long-term customer relationships
