Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthcareLink. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping clients understand and maximize their own potential in the comfort and convenience of their own space.
Key Responsibilities:- Treating Clients in Their Homes: You will be responsible for treating clients with a variety of conditions, including co-morbidities and post-acute care, post-surgical, pre/post natal, cardio-respiratory, and rehabilitation therapy.
- Providing High-Quality Care: You will provide personable, high-quality, and affordable care to our valued clients in the community.
- Assessment and Treatment: You will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders.
- Rehabilitation Programs: You will provide rehabilitation programs to clients using evidence-based practice.
- Travel Reimbursements: You will receive travel reimbursements for your work.
- Company Car: Permanent full-time employees will be provided with a company car.

- Flexibility: You will have the flexibility to create your own personalized schedule.
- Ongoing Training: You will receive ongoing training and fortnightly mentoring/supervision, as well as regular informal online clinical discussions.
- Administration Support: You will have access to administration support and a team of experienced clinicians.
- Qualifications: You must have a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or higher.
- Registration: You must have current Full AHPRA registration.
- Experience: You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- SWEP Registration: SWEP registration is desirable.
- NDIS Experience: NDIS experience is desirable.
- Driver's Licence: You must have a valid driver's licence.
- Additional Requirements: You must have or be willing to obtain a current Police Check, Level 2 First Aid, professional indemnity insurance, flu vaccination, COVID-19 vaccination, and own a car.
