HiTech Group is a leading Federal Government department seeking an experienced Security Trainer to join a highly multidisciplinary team.

Salary: The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate, estimated to be around $80-$100 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

  • Deliver training and learning packages in various settings to support the development of the Security Framework.
  • Manage training administration, including resource management and scheduling, to ensure efficient delivery of training programs.
  • Support the analysis, design, and development of training programs to meet the needs of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of the Protective Security Policy Framework and ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Experience in adult training development and delivery, with a focus on security-related topics.
  • An understanding of legislation, policy, and regulations that support recommendations relating to security issues/policy.
