Senior Landscape Architecture Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Professional to lead our landscape architecture team in delivering innovative and site-sensitive design solutions for major transport infrastructure, precinct revitalisation, and public open space projects.

  • Provide strategic guidance and direction across multidisciplinary and landscape projects.
  • Lead the landscape design process for major infrastructure and development projects, ensuring that landscape and sustainability considerations are integrated into the design process.
  • Develop design excellence across the landscape architecture portfolio.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the landscape business as project lead.
  • Lead the development of landscape architectural design from masterplans through to construction.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, mentoring senior and junior staff, and building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Professional who has a proven track record in leading teams and delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design, with at least 10 years of experience in leadership roles on large-scale projects.

The successful candidate will be required to have a strong understanding of Australian planning policy and legislation, as well as experience in GIS, AutoCAD, and REVIT (desirable but not essential). They will also need to demonstrate success in team leadership, project delivery, and client relationship management, as well as strong report writing skills.
