Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects, including small-scale public domain and large mixed-use precincts. They will manage deliverables and budget, lead a team of graduate and project landscape architects, and engage with clients.

This role offers exposure to exciting projects in regional, metropolitan, national, and coastal locations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in landscape architecture, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize demands and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digesting briefs, programming and monitoring work and leading a team of graduate and project landscape architects
  • Client management and preparation of proposals and briefs
  • Producing reports and technical review and approval of analytic and design outputs
  • Collaborating with clients, co-consultants and government authorities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of industry experience working in landscape architecture
  • Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture or related fields
  • Experience with Rhino, Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and Grasshopper and GIS software is advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team with a focus on programming and efficiency
  • Ability to prioritize demands, work under pressure and handle multifaceted tasks simultaneously
  • Good attention to detail with strong report writing and review skills
