SAP Business Analyst

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team as an SAP 4 HANA Business Analyst focused on procure-to-pay processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business customers to understand procurement needs and gather detailed requirements for system configuration and enhancements.
- Configure the SAP S/4HANA system to meet business requirements, including setting up master data, workflows, approval processes, and integration with other modules.
- Develop and implement test plans to validate system functionality, identify and resolve any issues or gaps, and ensure smooth end-to-end procurement processes.
- Deliver training to end-users on system functionality and standard methodologies for procurement processes. Offer ongoing support and fix assistance to resolve user issues.
- Find opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to streamline procurement operations and enhance efficiency.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements. Create reports and dashboards to provide insights to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and audit requirements. Implement and enforce appropriate controls and procedures.
- Participate in SAP implementation or improvement projects, collaborating with multi-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Demonstrable experience as a business analyst in SAP S/4HANA Procure to Pay module.
- SAP certification in Procure to Pay module or related areas is preferred.
- Strong integration knowledge of demand planning, supply planning - MRP, MPS, production planning, SAP materials management with sales, and distribution to facilitate end-to-end discussions with customers on solutions.
- Excellent, Time Management, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Demonstrable ability to manage Projects as a lead tying Business requirement to solutions and driving the projects from inception to release is desired.
- SAP MM, PP and MRP experience of minimum 8 years which should include implementation, support, design, training and configuration.
