**About the Role**

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Credit Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large accounts receivable ledgers, following up on outstanding debtors' invoices, registering credit issues, and reconciling customer accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable
  • Follow up on outstanding debtors' invoices in a timely manner
  • Register and resolve credit issues promptly
  • Reconcile customer accounts and assist with disputed accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner

**What We're Looking For**

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding targets.
