We are seeking a seasoned Credit Manager to oversee the APAC region's credit function. This role involves managing a team of 10 Credit Officers, responsible for credit risk management, working capital, collection, reporting and analytics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a team of 10 Credit Officers across the APAC region, including credit risk management, working capital, collection, reporting and analytics.
  • Perform credit risk assessments on strategic accounts.
  • Maintain control of aging and outstanding debts in line with company policy.
  • Identify and lead continuous process and system improvement activities related to Accounts Receivable.
  • Report on the status of debtors, including yearly bad debt write offs.
  • Improve customer experience and build solid relationships across all departments at various levels.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience managing a Credit/Accounts Receivable Team, preferably with APAC team management experience.
  • A process improvement/change driving mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Solid fundamental accounting knowledge for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills.
