The Role of a Site Manager at Our Retail Outlets
- We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our retail store teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing customer service, team performance, stock levels, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and promote a positive work environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our retail outlets and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and coordinate all aspects of store operations, ensuring that high standards of customer service and product presentation are maintained at all times.
- To lead and motivate store staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential and meet business objectives.
- To oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products to ensure optimal availability and minimize waste.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- To identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.

Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
