The Role of a Site Manager at Our Retail Outlets

  • We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our retail store teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the Position:

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing customer service, team performance, stock levels, and adherence to health and safety protocols.

You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and coordinate all aspects of store operations, ensuring that high standards of customer service and product presentation are maintained at all times.

  • To oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products to ensure optimal availability and minimize waste.
