Job Title: Career Growth Opportunities in Account Management


This is a unique chance to join our team as an Account Manager and take your career to the next level. You will be responsible for managing and growing our highest priority clients, working closely with our Lead Client Partners (LCPs) and delivery teams.


About the Role:

This role offers a wide range of opportunities for professional growth and development. You will have the chance to build and deepen client relationships, drive pipeline growth, and embed consistent account disciplines. Your impact will be seen by working closely with LCPs and supporting account teams across multiple priority accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans with LCPs, aligned to firm and industry priorities
  • Drive consistent account disciplines by establishing and maintaining an effective account operating rhythm, regular account team meetings with agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up on actions
  • Collaborate across lines of service and drive pipeline growth by proactively identifying opportunities, coordinating and supporting pursuits
  • Maintain high-quality account data and reporting to support transparent and real-time decision making (pipeline, financial performance, margin, forecasts, client feedback, and contract management)
