Electrical Project Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, project management methodologies, and financial management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of engineers, designers, electricians, and support staff. They will also have a working knowledge of electrical industry standards and regulations.

In this role, you will work closely with an established team to deliver high-quality electrical projects that meet the client's expectations. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical projects from inception to completion
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Significant experience in electrical installation, switchboard, control panel, and MCC
  • Strong leadership experience with ability to influence, lead, and coordinate teams

  • Working knowledge of electrical industry standards and regulations
