Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills in supporting adults and children with various presentations.

Our clinic offers a supportive environment for growth and development, with a focus on career pathways and professional development. You will work closely with our experienced therapists and receive thorough support throughout your career.

The role involves working with clients with motor skills, ADLs, functional capacity assessments, and sensory disorders through to home modifications and prescriptions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans that meet the individual needs of each client.

In this role, you will participate in regular clinical supervision and mentoring from our caring and responsive Team Leaders – Occupational Therapy and Therapy Manager. You will also have access to our extensive online learning portal and attend regular professional development days.

As a NDIS registered provider, you will work with clients across a range of settings, including community-based programs and clinics. You will be supported by our dedicated administrative and IT team, who will assist you in managing your caseload and providing technical support as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Occupational Therapy, registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA, and a current driver's license. You will also need to undergo a police check and Working with Children check before commencing work.

Qualifications

  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
