You will be expanding your professional expertise as an Occupational Therapist, working with adults and children who have diverse needs.


Graduate Development Program Overview
  • An intensive 12-week induction program where you will learn from experienced therapists to understand how you can support clients in achieving their goals.
  • A reduced caseload for the first three months to enable you to become familiar with the team and processes.
  • Ongoing clinical supervision from experienced Occupational Therapists to facilitate learning and knowledge on individual presentations.
  • Regular quarterly professional development sessions with Occupational Therapists across the organisation.
  • Bi-monthly coaching from Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career objectives.
  • A designated buddy for support throughout the induction and beyond.
  • Weekly one-to-one clinical supervision in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Regular meetings and training with the new graduate team.

You will receive ongoing supervision, training, and support from the team of Occupational Therapists and the broader allied health team.
