In this role, you will participate in a structured 12-month graduate program that includes clinical and community experience.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Participating in a 12-month graduate program including 12 weeks of intensive training.
- Working in clinic and community settings within the NDIS Allied Health Space.
- Receiving weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor.
- Engaging in quarterly alignment days for learning and team building.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team at various locations.
- Utilizing flexi-time and work-from-home opportunities to support work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy completed.
- Full registration or eligibility upon graduation.
- A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering high-quality clinical services.
