Occupational Therapist Career Opportunity

 In this role, you will participate in a structured 12-month graduate program that includes clinical and community experience.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in a 12-month graduate program including 12 weeks of intensive training.
  • Working in clinic and community settings within the NDIS Allied Health Space.
  • Receiving weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor.
  • Engaging in quarterly alignment days for learning and team building.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team at various locations.
  • Utilizing flexi-time and work-from-home opportunities to support work-life balance.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy completed.
  • Full registration or eligibility upon graduation.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality clinical services.
