Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality clinical care to residents
  • Leading and mentoring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
  • Collaborating closely with the Clinical Care Manager

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential aged care settings
  • Knowledge of quality and accreditation standards in aged care
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with ACFI/AN-ACC frameworks

Requirements

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current APHRA Registration
