About the Creative Strategy Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to fill this position. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving acquisition efficiency across Paid and Organic channels.

In this capacity, you'll be responsible for analysing data, identifying trends, and creating engaging ad content. You'll also work closely with our Creative Hub to develop a scalable process for producing and testing high-performing creatives at scale.

You'll have the opportunity to drive impactful results via the deployment of sophisticated user journeys that match the users' intent and drive conversions.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative optimisation strategy to increase conversions, revenue, and user engagement across Social, Display, TikTok and other channels
  • Work in partnership with our Creative Hub to develop a scalable process to continuously produce and test high-performing creatives at scale
  • Analyse and interpret data from A/B tests and other creative efforts to make data-driven recommendations on future tests and creative development roadmaps
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to align creative optimisation efforts with regional and GTM campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ad creative best practices

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred. Experience working in digital marketing or creative services is a plus.
