As a leader in our Creative Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our business in APAC.

Our team is responsible for building relationships with clients and partners to drive growth and inspire creativity through expert knowledge of ad products, sales channels, and industry trends.

We collaborate with brands and agencies to develop innovative solutions that showcase the power of Spotify-first thinking.

As a seasoned leader, you will champion our products and offerings while elevating the work of your team members.

Reporting to the Head of Global Creative Lab, you will lead a team of creative strategists who inspire large clients and creative partners to unlock the full potential of Spotify Advertising.

This role focuses on APAC markets and is based in Sydney, Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing creative strategies that drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Leading a team of creative strategists to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions
