Job Description

This role sits at the intersection of content, performance and brand, turning scrolls into sales. We're a fast-paced studio building impactful creative for top-tier clients.

You'll lead a team of Creative Strategists, mentoring and refining work to perform harder. You'll personally own campaigns, working end-to-end on content engineered to convert.

This role is hands-on and high-impact. Strategy, shoots, scripts, edits and performance insights are all under your purview. You'll also brief editors and motion designers with clarity and vision.

You'll be responsible for owning creative output and direction across top-tier client campaigns, leading a team of Creative Strategists, developing strategies and more.

  • Developing performance-led creative strategies
  • Briefing editors and motion designers with clarity, purpose and vision
  • Reviewing and approving assets with a performance + polish lens
  • Extracting insights from performance data and using them to fuel iteration
  • Being the voice of creative in client calls, pitches and training sessions

We're looking for someone with 3-5+ years of experience in a creative/strategy role with paid social in their DNA. They've built content that converts, purchases or leads, not just engagement. They're obsessed with hooks, scroll-stoppers and human psychology.

The ideal candidate is calm in chaos, can lead a brainstorm, a campaign and a team without breaking stride. They're not afraid to get stuck in and have agency-side experience, but if they've driven results in-house, we'll still want to talk.
