Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for delivering superior care to the elderly.
  • AHPRA registration following a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • In-depth understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
  • Familiarity with AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of age-related health issues.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
