Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Technology Executive to lead the strategic direction and operational execution of our enterprise platforms, including ERP, HRIS, and ESM.

In this role, you will ensure that these systems are scalable, integrated, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with technology and business leaders to implement cutting-edge solutions that drive automation, optimise business processes, and enable successful digital transformation initiatives.

You will oversee technology roadmaps, service delivery, and team performance, collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors.

  1. Strategic Oversight: Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for enterprise systems, aligning with the organisation's growth, resilience, and digital maturity objectives. Lead system selection, design, and implementation across core platforms.
  2. Vendor & Partner Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating service contracts and ensuring cost-efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
  3. Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of enterprise system professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development. Lead a team focused on technical delivery and solution deployment.
  4. Service & Performance Management: Drive the adoption of IT service management principles to manage incident, problem, change, and service level management, ensuring effective service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience in Enterprise Systems: Significant experience in enterprise systems, including ERP, HRIS, and service management platforms, with a solid background in service delivery and technology operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven success in leading large, geographically dispersed teams (50+ professionals), driving performance and collaboration across multiple regions.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Strong capability in managing relationships with senior business stakeholders and technical teams, alongside extensive vendor management experience.
  • Process Optimisation: Expertise in simplifying both technical and business processes to ensure alignment with broader organisational goals and improve overall efficiency.
