Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Digital Ad Ops team with campaign booking, implementation, and delivery
  • Work closely with Digital Campaign Managers to ensure creatives are delivered to specification and on time
  • Provide regular updates to Sales and stakeholders on campaign progress
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot campaign delivery concerns and platform issues
  • Conduct regular Ad Ops training and knowledge sharing sessions with relevant teams
Requirements:
  • Recent experience working in a corporate environment
  • Preferred experience in digital media or advertising industries
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage workload
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
