Client Service Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Service Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing housekeeping and cleaning operations at student accommodation and commercial properties in Brisbane.

This is a full-time and permanent position, reporting directly to the State Manager and leading a team of approximately 50 staff members, including cleaners, housekeepers, team leaders, and supervisors.

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, experience working with diverse stakeholders, and a strong understanding of financial processes. Additionally, they should have experience managing teams, coordinating employee rostering, delivering training sessions, and addressing performance issues.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, identify problems, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience working with online document management systems.

A tertiary qualification in management or operations would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (HSQE), Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
