As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of heartfelt hospitality, ensuring every order is accurate, beautifully presented and delivered with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cultivate a warm and welcoming atmosphere in guest rooms, promoting a sense of comfort and relaxation.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods and nutritional information.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
