Nurse/Midwife/Healthcare Professional - Outback Position

Salaries start at $120,451 per annum

$61.77 per hour plus a remote allowance.

The effective salary starts at $189,489 per annum.

About the Role

As a Remote Area Nurse, you will assess patient needs, administer treatments such as wound care, and promote health initiatives. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe practices and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

We're seeking experienced RANs who can build strong relationships with patients and the community. If you have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in a primary care setting.
  • A commitment to integrating Aboriginal values into practice.
  • An understanding of and willingness for remote area work.

The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and bring exceptional clinical skills, a proactive adaptable attitude, and respect for diverse patient backgrounds.
