About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development and enhancement of AI-powered product features, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.

This role requires in-depth research and analysis to inform and optimize AI-driven product functionalities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Innovation Labs, to design, build, and refine cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills. Additionally, experience working with Japanese and/or international technology products is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, technology, AI, or related fields
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including experience with search languages (e.g., Boolean) and data analysis
  • Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or developing AI-powered products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
