Imagine a role where you can shape the future of technology and drive innovation from day one. As our first dedicated AI product hire, you'll lead the design and development of internal AI tools that automate, accelerate, and amplify business processes.

About the Job

You'll be responsible for identifying high-impact internal use cases, evaluating feasibility, and prioritizing ruthlessly. You'll translate complex problems into structured solutions using the right AI models, APIs, and automation layers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of AI trends and figure out what matters for our business, not just what's shiny. You'll own the AI roadmap and build a scalable stack of tools that reduce manual work, surface insights, and speed up revenue.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and develop internal AI tools to automate business processes
  • Work with our development team to scope, test, and deploy production-ready tools
  • Identify high-impact internal use cases and evaluate feasibility
  • Translate complex problems into structured solutions using AI models, APIs, and automation layers
  • Stay up-to-date with AI trends and figure out what matters for our business
What We're Looking For
  • Deep knowledge of the AI landscape, including large language models, agents, APIs, vector databases, automations, and no-code tools
  • Experience building and deploying AI workflows or micro-products
  • Ability to work with development teams to scope and prioritize builds
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tie tools to business value
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
