We work closely with individuals to identify their goals and aspirations, develop skills and job-readiness, and provide ongoing support through interviews and into employment. We also collaborate with employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met.
This role involves motivating and empowering clients to take steps towards meaningful employment, building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities, and placing clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges.
- Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Able to work toward key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve tangible results.
